All flats have gas cookers, fridges, colour televisions, constant hot water, crockery, cutlery, and cooking utensils. Gas for cooking and hot water is free and electricity is on reasonable rate meters which take £1.00 COINS. All flats have bed linen and duvets and pillows. Towels and tea towels are not supplied.
. We ask for a security bond usually £50.00 per flat. This is returnable on day of departure providing the flat is left clean and as found. If we are unable to check your flat before you leave, the bond will be either refunded by cheque or to your card within a week. Flats are booked upon receipt of a deposit aprox £25.00 per person . Deposits are not refundable on cancelled bookings. Bookings cancelled within 8 days of arrival are liable to payment in full. The rent is payable in advance or on arrival. Possession of flats is from 3pm. on day of arrival until 10am. on the day of departure. .
We do not accept responsibility for articles of value left in the flats. Please do not hesitate to contact us either by telephone or email if you have any queries.
