The Adephi Flats Are Quality Spacious Self Catering Holiday Flats On the Sea Front. The studio flats are ideal for budget family bargain breaks. A really cheap way to get a seaside holiday and right on the beachfront.
They are in a Prime Beachfront Location Almost Exactly half-way between 2 piers. The South and Central Piers. They are bright clean and very nicely maintaned and in such a perfect situation for access to; Cafes, shops, bars, bistros, the Pleasure Beach, Sandcastle,Tower, Clubs Winter Gardens, Casinos Bingo Halls Cinemas, Shows, Theatres Ballrooms The Grand and all that Blackpool has to offer. We host many international guests who come for the Ballroom Dancing Competitions. We are open for Pigeon Weekend. Magicians Weekend. Hairdressing Competitions. Chess Tournaments. Dr Who Weekends. Theatricals stage entertainers self catering flats. We accept families and couples only and single pensioners or small groups of mature persons. YOU WILL NOT FIND STAG OR HEN GROUPS OR NOISY GROUPS at The Adelphi. We have a large car park. Parking in Blackpool is a nightmare and by staying at The Adelphi Holiday flat you will have a car park. All flats have gas cookers, fridges, colour televisions, constant hot water, crockery, and cutlery, cooking utensils. Gas cooking and hot water is free. There are electricity meters but they are on very reasonable tariffs. All flats have bed linen duvets & pillows . We have cots but better to order one in advance. Towels and tea towels are not supplied.

We let seaside holiday flats on a weekly basis usually from Saturday to Saturday.

Monday to Fridays
Friday to Monday.
Ocassionally we will let for shorter holiday stays.
2 week or longer stays have a reduced tariff.
We have several front seaview self catering holiday flats and all of the flats have side sea views.
Flat 1 Ground floor Studio Seaview flat with wall bed and a convertable bed setee and a single bed. It has a separate kitchen and a shower/toilet and handbasin .
We have several studio flats. Some have wall beds and others have conventional divans. Studio flats are suitable for couples or 2 adults and 1 to 2 children.
Weekly £200.00 per couple and £250.00 for a family .
From Monday to Fridays from £120.00 per couple

This is a studio flat with a combination of a living room with a kitchen area. Plus a seperate double bedroom.

This spacious holiday flat has a family bedroom with a double bed and a set of bunk beds.
Large living room with 2 double sofa beds .

The tariff is aprox £400.00 per week.

Single nights £100 per night.
There may be a extra charge for front seaview flats depending on availability. We are open for Christmas and New Year breaks. But please book early.
Many of the flats are booked 12 months in advance so if you have a special flat that you want or a particular type of flat such as a seaview or ground floor, please book as early as possible so that we can offer the best flat for you.
